We only interrupt you when something needs you.

A help offer, a first-user claim, or a listing sent back puts a number on You, and sends one email.

A new follower, or someone joining with your invite, just waits in Updates for thirty days.

Want a round-up? Pick a daily or weekly summary in Settings. It's off until you choose.

Every email has a stop link. Sign-in emails always come, since that's how you get in.
